The 30,000 fans who filled Nationwide Arena for two spectacular nights to see Taylor Swift’s “1989” Tour will remember this event for a long time.  Hundreds of “Swifties” were so excited they showed up the morning of the concert to hang out with other fans to share stories and even sing some of their favorite Taylor hits.  The Arena Guy captured the enthusiasm by talking to some of the diehard fans and asking them to sing the songs that meant the most to them.

Taylor Swift’s concert was a major production and is the biggest show on the road.  An amazing 29 trucks were filled with staging, lights, costumes, etc. An average show might have 8 -10 trucks.  The Arena Guy stopped by FOX-TV’s “Good Day Columbus” to share some of the ‘behind-the-scenes’ anecdotes and stories of Taylor’s magnificent stop at Nationwide Arena.

Taylor Swift’s popularity just keeps growing!  Her father said backstage that just when you think she could not get any more popular, the next show gets louder, bigger and more enthusiastic! Taylor just announced she will be taking a break after this tour so people ‘don’t get tired of her,’ but when she comes back, Columbus will look forward to hosting her next concert spectacular!
