TIM MCGRAW AND FAITH HILL TO PLAY NATIONWIDE ARENA AS PART OF FIRST TOUR IN TEN YEARS!

What a week for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill! First they made a surprise appearance at the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on October 4. Initially billed as Sam and Audrey, the married duo surprised the crowd when they appeared on stage to announce their 2017 Soul 2 Soul tour, which will be their first together since 2007!  It also be will be Faith Hill’s first time on the road since then. They will begin the tour April 7 in New Orleans and will conclude 64 dates later in New York City in October 2017.  Nationwide Arena in Columbus will host Tim and Faith on September 7.

Secondly, while in Nashville they were the 73rd and 74th recipients of stars on the Music City Walk of Fame!

BON JOVI’S ‘THIS HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE’ TOUR TO STOP AT NATIONWIDE ARENA ON MARCH 18!

They have had such classic hits as “You Give Love a Bad Name,” “Livin’ on a Prayer,” “It’s My Life” and many more. You will be able to hear those hits and others plus tracks from their new album when Bon Jovi performs live at Nationwide Arena March 18.  Tickets go on sale Saturday, October 15 at 10 a.m.

Their “This House is Not For Sale” tour will be their first time hitting the road since 2013’s “Because We Can World Tour,” which was the #1 top grossing tour in the world…the third time they achieved that feat in six years!

Bon Jovi’s latest album, “This House is Not For Sale” will be released November 4, but what is really cool is everyone buying a ticket to the show will receive a free copy. The title track is already seeing impressive chart success by hitting the top ten on the AC Radio Chart and is their highest debut ever on that chart.

In addition to amazing accomplishments like 130 million albums sold, 14 gold and platinum albums and 17 top 40 chart hits, Bon Jovi is also one of the greatest live bands to ever hit the road. It’s going to be a great evening when Bon Jovi hits the Nationwide Arena stage on March 18.

VANILLA ICE’S REIGN ON ‘DANCING WITH THE STARS’ ENDS

Vanilla Ice was visibly disappointed but gracious when he was one of two stars going home on Tuesday as part of a double elimination on “Dancing With the Stars.”  He had just received his best scores of the competition the night before. Superstar singer and producer Babyface was the other dancer sent home.

Vanilla Ice actually did great considering the fact that he agreed to compete on the show having never seen a single episode!  He had no idea what to expect or the type of grueling rehearsals required to move on each week.  Also, the first week  he and his partner Whitney Carson were required to perform the cha-cha…a dance he had never heard of!

The Arena Guy, pictured above with the “Ice Ice Baby” star, enjoyed watching Vanilla Ice’s journey in the months preceeding his “I Love the 90’s” concert at the Schottenstein Center on November 13. Considering he had to travel to accommodate his touring schedule and had to fit in dance rehearsals during down time on the road, he did very well. Throughout the competition he was a fan favorite, receiving enthusiastic ovations after his performances.

Now Mr. Van Winkle can concentrate on his touring, without the pressures of learning a new dance each week…but we will miss him on the show! He brought real energy, enthusiasm and positivity!

Vanilla Ice will perform along with other 90’s stars in the “I Love the 90’s” tour, making a stop at the Schottenstein Center on November 13.  Other artists scheduled to perform include Coolio, Kid n Play, All 4 One, Salt n Pepa featuring Spinderella, and Young MC.
